Migraine & Chronic Headache Relief Through Advanced Chiropractic Care
Frustrated with Chronic Headaches and no relief?
Are headaches or migraines draining your energy, disrupting work, and making family life difficult?
At Omaha Headache Specialist, we help women and men finally get answers — and lasting relief — by correcting the spinal and postural issues that trigger chronic headaches.
Our clinic uses advanced chiropractic techniques, postural restoration, and nervous system-focused care to address the root cause of your pain so you can get back to living your life headache-free.
Most patients come to us feeling frustrated, scared, and unheard.
They’ve tried medications, injections, specialists, imaging, and years of trial-and-error — with little to no improvement.
Here’s what makes our clinic different:
Most headaches originate in the neck and upper spine, especially with forward head posture, tech posture, and old injuries. When these structures shift, they irritate nerves, tighten muscles, and restrict blood flow — causing chronic pain.
We assess posture, spinal alignment, nerve tension, and movement patterns to show you exactly why your headaches are occurring.
Our care focuses on improving posture, reshaping the cervical spine, and restoring proper movement, giving your body long-term stability and freedom from headaches.
Daily headaches, migraines, cervicogenic headaches, tension headaches, TMJ-related headaches, and post-concussion symptoms — these are our specialty.

Throbbing, light sensitivity, nausea, one-sided pain.
We analyze cervical alignment and nerve tension patterns commonly linked to migraines.
Constant band-like pressure around the head.
Often tied to muscle imbalance and neck strain.
Headaches that begin in the neck and radiate upward.
Common with forward head posture and poor spinal alignment.
Severe, stabbing pain typically around one eye.
Lingering headaches after injury or whiplash.
We examine nervous system overstimulation and posture-related tension.
Your neck contains vital nerves that control blood flow, muscle tension, and pain signals to the head.
When your spine shifts out of a healthy position — especially the forward head posture that modern life creates — the result is:
Over time, this creates a cycle of daily headaches and migraines that medication alone cannot fix.
We correct the problem at the source.
Chronic headaches aren’t just “normal” — they’re a sign your body is under stress. Tension, poor posture, and spinal misalignments can all disrupt nerve and blood flow between the neck and brain, leading to persistent pain and fatigue.
Cervicogenic headaches often feel like migraines—but the real source isn’t in your head, it’s in your neck. Misalignments, poor posture, or loss of the normal neck curve can irritate nerves and joints that refer pain upward into the skull.
Migraines can be completely debilitating — but they’re not just random attacks. Research shows that structural problems in the neck and poor spinal alignment can irritate the nerves and blood vessels that trigger migraine pain.
Even long after a concussion, lingering headaches, dizziness, and brain fog can keep you from feeling like yourself again. What many don’t realize is that a concussion often disrupts the alignment and motion of the upper neck.
Tension headaches are the most common type of headache. Stress and muscle tension are often factors in these headaches.
Posture is a big contributor to a tension headache.
Tension headaches may be chronic, occurring often, or every day.
Vertigo can turn even simple movements into dizzying, disorienting experiences. At The Omaha Headache Clinic, we specialize in identifying and correcting these underlying issues — helping patients from Omaha, Elkhorn, Gretna, Millard, and Yutan finally regain balance and stability.
Also known as: roundback, hunchback, Dowager's hump.
If left untreated, a person with Dowager's Hump will begin to have pain in their shoulders and neck. Over time, their chin will move closer to their ribcage and the end result can be spinal degeneration. Many people with Dowager's Hump experience intense headaches in addition to their neck and shoulder pain.
This is not a problem of just standing up straight. By this point, the body is shaped to this posture and needs to be reshaped to proper posture.
Can bad posture cause a headache? Poor posture causes tension in your upper back, neck and shoulders, which can lead to a headache. Typically, the pain throbs in the base of the skull and sometimes flashes into the face, especially the forehead. Yes, The Omaha Headache Clinic successfully treats postural headaches on a daily basis.
The Omaha Headache Clinic attempts to restore posture, relieving the constant stress and strain on the nerves and soft tissues, creating headaches.
A cluster headache strikes quickly, usually without warning, although you might first have migraine-like nausea and aura. Common signs and symptoms during a headache include: Excruciating pain that is generally situated in, behind or around one eye, but may radiate to other areas of your face, head and neck. Activation of the trigeminal nerve causes the eye and face pain associated with cluster headaches. Read Paul's story below.
Children get headaches, too. It is often believed that since mom or dad has headaches, the child will too. This doesn't have to be the case!
First, headaches are common, but not normal. Second, we need to figure out why your child is having headaches.
If you notice anything that is alarming, please take your child to the E.R.
Trigeminal Neuralgia is a type of chronic pain that involves sudden, severe facial pain. It affects the trigeminal nerve, or fifth cranial nerve and the root of this nerve lives in the neck (cervical spine). There is often a neck component to Trigeminal Neuralgia that is overlooked.
Tech neck, also referred to as text neck, is a new name for an old issue — neck pain that's caused by repetitive strain and injury to the muscles and other tissue structures of the cervical spine. The ever-evolving screen technology we've come to love and even rely on lies at the root of tech neck, hence the nickname.
Headaches, neck spasms, soreness and creaky shoulder joints caused by holding your neck still for long periods.

You don’t have to live with headaches.
There is a real solution, and it starts here.
"I had headaches for y I can work, sleep, and function again."
I am in sales and I cannot NOT work. I used to dread getting on the computer to work. Now, I am able to work with the modifications taught to me WITHOUT getting headaches! My only regret is not coming here sooner. I am so thankful.
My son has been a patient here since being referred by his pediatrician. The work they do for headaches and kids is simple, yet highly effective. I love the doctors here and so does my son! I can't imagine a more welcoming place!
"My headaches used to be daily — now they’re rare or gone.”
I have had cluster headaches for 50 years and have tried everything that doctors have thrown at me, mostly lots of medication. My most current episode lasted 5 months and I was desperate! I found Dr Green and he spent time listening to my history and talked to me about a possible solution. I started out skeptical but jumped in because what did I have to lose? How pleasantly surprised that it didn’t take long to see a difference. My headaches started to diminish and after a few short visits have gone away...https://g.co/kgs/bJAhRn
“My migraines are gone for the first time in years.
Because of my headaches, I needed a lot of care, I wasn't able to work or take care of my children. I live quite a distance. The Omaha Headache Clinic made that as easy as possible on us.
